With these long sunny days combined with more days at home, this is the perfect time to hone in on your summer self-care routine! These are some of our favorite tips and tricks that are easy to act on and implement. We are all about adding simple daily habits to your life to help ENHANCE your wellness routine over time. Check it out!

Hydrate - notice how much better you feel when you keep up with your water intake, this can do wonders for your hair, skin, digestive function and so much more! We love adding citrus to water for a yummy boost of vitamin C.

Electrolytes - they can play an important role during this heat! Some natural sources of electrolytes are kale, avocados, broccoli, strawberries, watermelon, oranges, bananas, tomatoes just to name a few.

Stretch - This should be done before and after physical activity including housework and yard work. Check out the free stretch series on our youtube channel.

Ice Baby - baths/ice massage - grab an ice cube and massage the areas of concern. Also blasting the cold water at the end of a shower can be a wonderful pick me up.

DIY Spa Day - prepare a self-care day of nutrition and water so you don't have to think about what to eat during the day. turn on a hot shower and create a lovely steam room, add essential oils into the diffuser for 10-15 min and then turn the water to cold for 2 seconds, 2 minutes and rest for 20 min. Do this 3 times during the day, an excellent way to renew and revitalize yourself!

Get Cooking - Go to the farmers market or your backyard garden and grab some tasty herbs and veggies. Make a fun experience out of cooking to get in tune with what you are putting in your body.
