"I had such a positive and relaxing experience at Knots even though there are slight changes in procedure, to keep everyone safe. When I arrived at Knots I had to call into the clinic where I was walked through a C19 screening over the phone.
Once I was cleared for that I was instructed to wear my mask when entering the clinic. Taylor sprayed disinfectant on my hands and I was good to go! The only real change in terms of treatment was wearing a mask during the procedure, and no heated blanket. I had to put my clothes into a bin to sit during the session, and the mask was optional to wear although encouraged.
Even though the process was a bit more lengthy than usual due to cleaning protocols and phone screenings, I LOVED my RMT treatment overall and really felt relaxed!"
