Throughout that time, she gained experience treating a wide demographic of the population ranging from infants, athletes and diabetic patients to individuals battling with addictions, epilepsy, ALS and cancer. As an advocate to massage therapy, she can actively say that it truly impacts all aspects of your life and can prove to have long term effects on a healthy mind and body.
As a young health care practitioner, she acknowledges that no two patients are alike, but do however, require the same amount of attention and dedication when generating individual treatment plans. Determination and perseverance are her two driving factors and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge and expertise with all of her clients.
Carol graduated from Sutherland Chan in Toronto in 2016, but her passion for professional bodywork began in 2001 as a shiatsu therapist (acupressure or Japanese massage). Her holistic approach encompasses both shiatsu and massage therapy techniques.
Carol’s experience includes neck and back pain, practical self-care, stress reduction, headache, pregnancy massage, assessment, and injury rehabilitation. Her experience helps clients reduce pain and increase movement in ‘stuck’ areas.
